• By train: Barasat and Barrackpore stations on the Sealdah suburban lines are the closest. Take a cab, auto, or e-rickshaw from either.
• By air: Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport (CCU) is the nearest airport. Take a cab from there.
• Road traffic is lighter before 6:00 AM, but suburban trains run less often then. Check timings the night before.

• Be at the venue by 6:30 AM IST. Breakfast is at 7:00 AM, the opening briefing is at 7:30 AM, and the build starts at 8:00 AM.
• If you are coming from outside Kolkata, arrive the day before.
• Results are expected after 8:00 PM IST. Plan your return accordingly.

• Your college ID and a government photo ID.
• The team leader's registered email, to find your team at check-in.
• Laptops, chargers, and any hardware your team needs. Bring an extension board if you can.
• A water bottle and any medicines you need.

Meals and refreshments are provided during the event. Travel and accommodation are arranged and paid for by participants.
