By accessing the HackMatrix website or participating in HackMatrix events, you agree to these Terms of Service and our event rules and code of conduct where applicable.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or register for the event.

HackMatrix is a hackathon organized with Adamas University. Dates, venue details, and schedules published on this site are subject to change; material updates will be posted here and on official channels.

Registration does not guarantee admission if capacity is limited or eligibility requirements are not met.

Participants must meet eligibility criteria announced for each edition (e.g. student status, team size). You may be asked to verify identity or affiliation at check-in.

You agree to follow venue rules, organizer instructions, and applicable law. Harassment, cheating, or disruption may result in removal without refund where fees apply.

You retain rights to work you create, subject to any team agreements, sponsor challenges, or open-source licenses you use.

By submitting a project, you grant organizers a non-exclusive license to display, describe, and promote your submission for the purpose of running and publicizing the event unless you opt out where such an option is offered.

Prize values and availability may depend on sponsor confirmation. Amounts shown on the site may be placeholders until finalized.

Taxes or reporting on prizes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise by organizers or sponsors.

The site is provided “as is.” We aim for accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content.

To the extent permitted by law, HackMatrix organizers and partners are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in the event.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date below will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
